**Short answer:** SharePoint is Mindro's deep, proven integration. We have years of experience unlocking thousands of documents from SharePoint and making them available to AI and AI agents. Mindro also connects to your CRM, email, meeting notetakers and Microsoft 365 add-ins, and to third-party data providers such as Gain and Inven. Everything that comes in is governed by the company realm: one governed environment, with every data access logged.

## SharePoint

Most advisory firms keep their deal history, precedents, models and IM templates in SharePoint. Mindro connects to it, harvests the documents (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, PDF and similar) and turns them into your firm brain. Each document is held in the company realm, and every data access is logged by user, tool and time.

## Models Mindro orchestrates

Mindro orchestrates Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini and Mistral, and picks the right model for each task. The data rules in the company realm stay the same whichever model is used. The standard SaaS runs fully in Europe and EU data residency is guaranteed. Additional (non-EU) models are only used if a client explicitly asks for them; an AWS-based setup on request also allows OpenAI models.

## Use Mindro with Claude

You don't have to choose between Mindro and Claude. In a connected setup, Claude can be connected to Mindro for the data your firm agrees it may use, while mandate data stays in Mindro. MCP and API connections are configured per client on request, so Claude and other approved tools can also call Mindro's desks. Your AI working group keeps the tools it likes and builds agents and workflows on top of the firm brain, while Mindro provides the security, EU infrastructure, semantic layer and audit trail. ## For larger firms and institutions

MCP and API connections are configured per client on request. In this connected setup, approved agents such as Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and Grok Bot can use the firm brain and Mindro's desks within the access agreed for each tool, based on the client's NDAs and policies.
